How much is delivery?

Most orders will be $4.95 flat rate delivery.

Special offer: order 5 or more greeting cards for free delivery.

Most people order plush goats and friends individually as a gift (or for themselves). If you're ordering several for the same address, please contact us for a custom order.

When will my order arrive?

We'll pack and send within 48 hours. Then allow up to 5 business days for Australia Post for delivery. Our goats and animals

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently, we only send our animals to new homes in Australia. In the near future, we'll be able to send individual greeting cards globally.

Why are all the products out of stock?

We only ship to some countries. If you're in a country we can't ship a product to, it will show as no stock available. We're working on an option for when you're in a country we don't support but want to ship to one we do. If this is you, let us know and we'll try to work something out.

Why do the boxes and cards say 'Give a Goat'?

The moment the last order was delivered to the printer we realised the name, Give a Goat, wasn't really who we are. The cows had already stolen our hearts, so we thought we should change it. Who knows, pigs might join us next.

The farmyard animals

Why don't you stock octopus (or your other favourite animal)?

We started with goats, added cows before we launched (and changed the business name). We're open to adding more to the farm, but we are currently staying with farm animals. That, unfortunately, means not octopuses.

Are the goats and friends good for the environment?

Of course. Good for the environment means good for goats and good for us. Our greeting cards are printed by PrintTogether, on 100% recycled card. Most our animals are made from recycled bottles. For others, it's just the stuffing.

Goats and Friends

How does Goats and Friends help make the world a better place?

Cuddly animals and cards that show you care make the world a better place. We also will be dedicating $1 from each order tolivestock loans with Kiva. This will fund loans for people around the world wanting to establish or grow farms and improve their lives.

Why didn't you charge me GST?

Goats and Friends is a small, sole trader business. Our revenue isn't enough to meet the mandatory GST levels and we'd prefer to be sending goats than bothering with more paperwork.

If we grow big enough, we'll let you know. It's actually an achievement.
